11 Trade Copier Services: PipsPro Elite offer trade copier services as part of its offerings. By using the trade copier services, users acknowledge and agree that PipsPro Elite is not responsible for any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the copying of trades, and users assume all risks associated with the use of such services.
12 Recommendations to Prop Firms and Brokers: PipsPro Elite may provide recommendations or referrals to proprietary trading firms (prop firms) and brokers. Users understand that PipsPro Elite is not a licensed financial advisor or broker-dealer and does not provide investment advice. Any decision to engage with a prop firm or broker is made solely at the user’s discretion, and users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreements with such entities.
13 Partner Relationships: PipsPro Elite may participate in Paid Partnership programs with third-party companies, entities, agents or individuals and teams. This means that PipsPro Elite may earn a commission if users make a purchase or sign up for a service through those Partnerships. Users understand and agree that PipsPro Elite may receive compensation for such Partnerships. However, these Partnerships are only with reputable firms or developers, agents, companies and entities, individuals or teams as we value the well-being and safety of our clients and our reputation and trust.
14 PipsPro Elite Community:
“Solicitation Policy: Members of our community are prohibited from soliciting clients or poaching traders for their own services or businesses. Any member found violating this policy will be subject to immediate removal from the community group and may face additional consequences as deemed appropriate by the moderators. We encourage all members to engage in respectful and supportive interactions within the community.”

16 Legal Disclaimer: Any deformation or attacks directed towards our organization, individuals, agents, officers, employees, partners, teams, businesses, or entities will be investigated and handled through appropriate legal channels. We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our reputation and interests against any false or malicious statements or actions.
17 Changes to Services: PipsPro Elite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the services provided, with or without notice if there has been a breach in our terms of services. Users acknowledge and agree that PipsPro Elite shall not be liable to them or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
